Katherine Jackson and her family have unfairly suffered the devastating loss of their children due to the manipulation of medical records and failures within the system. The foundation of their family was shaken when the children were removed from their home, a decision that was made partially based on the presentation of altered medical documents, which the family was denied access to for proper review and defense. 

In this unfortunate case, which has been widely misreported with inaccurate information running rampant, it has been disclosed that Dr. Marla Souder deliberately altered essential medical records just days before the case trial was set to begin. What's even more disturbing is that Dr. Souder used these adjusted records to propel false and unfounded criminal charges against Ms. Jackson, rather than focusing on reuniting a mother with her children. 

Rather than believing a mother, who was pleading and advocating for her child in hopes of receiving necessary medical care for her rare disease and condition, as is common in the medical field, Ms. Jackson was disregarded, dismissed, and scapegoated because of the professional’s lack of knowledge and understanding of very real diagnoses. 

We urge Judge Lori Morgan and the Allen County Prosecutor's Office to take immediate action and reexamine the Jackson case. A grave miscarriage of justice has taken place - one in which Ms. Jackson’s rights, and those of her innocent children, have been violated. The intentional and unethical alteration of medical documents demands a thorough independent investigation and a reassessment of the case. Furthermore, we call for the appointment of a new judge to oversee the case to ensure an impartial review of the evidence, free from prior biases.
