I propose that Jerry Jones step down from his role as General Manager of the Cowboys. Under Jones' management since 1989, the team has seen wins, indeed, yet the last two decades have been turbulent. We have not secured a Super Bowl victory since 1995, and the decision-making has been increasingly hasty and questionable, leading to the departure of valuable team players and professionals.
