Patricia “Patti” Adkins disappeared under mysterious circumstances after she was last seen leaving work at the Honda automotive plant in Marysville, Ohio, on June 29, 2001. Nearly 24 years have passed, and the pain of her absence continues to haunt her family and friends. Her disappearance remains an unresolved mystery, despite significant advances in forensic science and the availability of critical evidence.

In the ensuing years, the prosecutor of Union County has accumulated a substantial body of evidence pointing to a principal suspect. Despite the evidence at hand, this case has never been presented to a grand jury, leaving Patti Adkins’ family and friends in a state of anguish and uncertainty.

For too long, this case has sat idle without the justice that Patti's loved ones deserve. The evidence could provide the basis for a grand jury to potentially indict the suspect, granting the opportunity for a transparent investigation and, hopefully, some degree of closure.
