The City of Fernley is a beautiful community filled with individualistic homeowners who cherish their personal rights and freedoms. Unfortunately, our way of life is under threat from a proposed ordinance known as the City of Fernley Proposed Maintenance, Habitability, and Public Nuisance Code. As a homeowner and a proud resident of Fernley, this matter is deeply personal to me, as it affects not just my rights but those of the entire community.
