Since Disney acquired Lucasfilm in 2012, the focus has largely been on the Rebels in the Galactic Civil War. However, the Galactic Empire is a complex entity and deserves a more nuanced portrayal. 

The Empire ruled over millions of worlds, and the individuals within it had their own ideologies, families, and stories. A series that highlights their viewpoint could provide fascinating insights into their motivations, the justifications for their actions, and the challenges they faced as part of the "other side" of the war.

To create a richer and more balanced understanding of the conflict, we need to see the Galactic Civil War through the eyes of a Stormtrooper or a member of the Starfighter Corps. This could illuminate their struggles, potential redemptions, and the moral complexities involved.
