A project of this scale would overshadow our skyline, increase traffic, strain local resources, and erode the character that defines us.

This development risks turning our beloved community into urban sprawl, displacing the small-town spirit we’ve nurtured for generations. The vast majority of Fairfax residents oppose the project in its current form. We’ve built our lives here because of its scale and serenity—not in spite of it.

We urge you to listen to our voices and reconsider the size and scope of this development. Instead, pursue options that align with our community’s values: a modest, three-story structure that provides housing without sacrificing Fairfax’s identity.

Beyond aesthetics, our infrastructure simply cannot handle the impact. Adding 500 more cars would create severe congestion and endanger lives in the event of a fire evacuation. Our fire department lacks the resources to manage such a risk, leaving our aging population and young families especially vulnerable.
