My family and I, like countless other members, have long been fans of the scrumptious muffins sold by Costco. These moist, flavorful delights were a staple in our daily lives. Recently, however, we've noticed a drastic change - the new muffins are dry, lack flavor and are nowhere close to as satisfying as their earlier counterparts.

According to Costco's Annual Sales report 2018, muffins were ranked amongst the top sold bakery item (Costco Wholesale Corp., 2018). Since the change of recipe, the quality has plummeted and so has customer satisfaction. This not only dampens the reputation Costco carries for its bakery goods but threatens the loyalty of its customers. We believe that the original muffins brought joy to our homes, and the homes of many others.

We thus urge Costco to reconsider their decision regarding the new muffin recipe and revert back to the original one. The muffins were a symbol of Costco's commitment to quality and served as a delicious treat that my family and countless others looked forward to. Let's bring back the moist and flavorful muffins we miss.
