Unfortunately, this cherished playground is now under threat. Talk of redevelopment and selling has concerned many in our beloved community. An environmental impact would occur if the proposal to redevelop the space pushes through, risking the loss of mature trees that provide much-needed shade and contribute to the area's biodiversity.
