Petition: Urgent Action Required for Capestone Village Boom Gate Issues

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the recent installation of a boom gate at Capestone Village by Capestone Village Management. This change was implemented without sufficient communication or justification provided to the local community and customers.

Furthermore, the boom gate has experienced ongoing technical issues, such as failing to open properly and incorrectly charging users. These problems are causing significant frustration, disrupting customers' daily routines, and deterring people from visiting the centre for fear of being stuck or unfairly charged.

Despite numerous attempts by customers to raise these issues via email and phone calls, there has been no acknowledgment or feedback from the management.

We request that Capestone Village Management and the CBRE Group:

Recognize the problems associated with the boom gate;
- Leave the boom gates open. 

We believe addressing these concerns promptly is essential for restoring customer trust and the smooth operation of the centre.
