My story begins with more than 7 years of dedication to Call of Duty. I have been playing and enjoying their games since I was a child. I just reached level 900 in the newest MW3 without ever being reported or banned once. However, one day, without any fair reason, I was slammed with a perma ban??? On multiple occasions Activision and Call of Duty have not even responded to these complaints and reports, this is absolutely abysmal for a major company. The situation has gotten to the point where the main solution for this according to "Reddit" and other forum services, is to just "create a new account and start fresh"... this is absolutely unacceptable considering that people pay hundreds and even THOUSANDS to this game and company. 

These aren't just small and isolated incidents — the same fate has been met by tens of thousands of gamers who pour their heart AND MONEY into this game, only to be unjustly reprimanded. There is a mounting wave of false bans, casting a giant, overbearing and unfair shadow over the community.

This situation raises critical questions about the efficacy of the current ban investigation system. According to a report by "The Verge", numerous players have faced similar non-transparent ban mechanisms in various games. This phenomenon is not unique to Call of Duty, but impacts players from nearly every realm of online gaming. The present system is riddled with inaccuracies, often leading to false punishments upon unsuspecting, innocent players.

It's time for Activision and Call of Duty, industry leaders, to step up and get their business together by addressing these unjust bans. We urge Activision to conduct a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding each ban and to ensure transparency in sharing the reasons for bans with affected players.
