I love quesadillas, every bite is a joy. Now, I'm petitioning Apple Inc to introduce a quesadilla emoji in their iOS 19 update.

The emoji game has been significantly stepped up since the introduction of the emoji keyboard in iOS 2.2 in 2008. The iOS emoji family has grown to over 3,000 emojis, representing a wide range of items from all walks of life (Source: Emojipedia). However, the quesadilla, a staple part of Mexican cuisine loved by millions globally, is still missing from the list.

Adding a quesadilla emoji wouldn't just be a win for quesadilla enthusiasts like me, but also a recognition of the cultural significance of Mexican cuisine, which has been honored by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
