Petition to lower the urban enclave residents’ leasing rates for spring semester due to poor management on behalf of the urban enclave team. This includes poor maintenance, broken amenities, safety concerns with building structures, lack of attention to the needs of the residents, lack of security and privacy. Some examples include building structures falling on top of cars, glass shards in the gym, broken and unsafe equipment in the gym, a reported shooting that occurred in 2019, gates that never work, dirty amenities, lack of professionalism. More recently, multiple cars have gotten keyed and vandalized, parking lot security cameras don’t work, 1 car reported stolen, no sidewalks available to walk to school, no safe pathway to walk due to construction. We believe the residents of urban enclave deserve to have these issues addressed asap based on the amount we are paying per month. Urban enclave promised to deliver a “luxury living” experience but fails to uphold their promise. We should not be paying close to a thousand dollars a month for this.
