I was treated unfairly at UPS. In 2018, I may have possibly suffered a heat stroke because of not having air conditioning.I could barely walk anymore.  I missed a day of work due to the excruciating pain in my body. They made me work without getting lunch breaks. In addition to that one of the managers at UPS made sexual comments like, “He would be good, if he would stop MOLESTING the boxes”. Also the management was not very friendly. There was constant harassment and being followed like Tom Hanks in “The Man with One Red Shoe”. One day I thought I was about to be robbed because two men were tailgating me very closely but I could not see there faces. I ended up losing them but the next day the manager admitted they were the ones following me disobeying UPS’s rules on following distance. I would come to work all of my packages would be thrown all over the truck. Management would call my cell phone all day, and text my Diad. They were not nice to me at all. I noticed a pattern they were much harder on the African Americans versus my white counterparts. Working there was like working in the good ole boys net work because I had never seen more than 5 African American drivers.  So many other things took place as well. I wrote to the UPS Corporate Officers and they said they would investigate but I never heard from them again. To this date nothing has been done to help me get my job back. I did quit because it was very stressful to work under those conditions. But I tried to make management aware of these conditions and asked for my job back and I have not gotten the proper response.
