We, the undersigned citizens, community members, and supporters of law enforcement, demand the full and unwavering pursuit of justice for Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker Jr.

A Philadelphia judge, Jennifer Schultz, recently vacated the 2015 murder conviction of Rafael Jones, one of the individuals convicted in the 2012 ambush killing of Officer Walker. This ruling—based on external investigative issues wholly unrelated to the overwhelming evidence of guilt—has reopened deep wounds for Officer Walker’s family, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the entire community he served.

Officer Moses Walker Jr., a dedicated 19‑year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department, was senselessly and brutally murdered while walking home after his shift. His life was taken in cold blood. His family has endured more than a decade of grief, and they deserve the assurance that every lawful measure will be taken to uphold accountability for his death.

We call upon the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and District Attorney Larry Krasner to:

- **Vigorously pursue the appeal of the vacated conviction. 
- **Ensure that justice for Officer Walker is fully restored and permanently upheld.  
- **Guarantee that Rafael Jones remains detained without bail** as this case moves forward.  
- **Protect the community by preventing the release of an individual convicted of the cold‑blooded murder of a police officer.

Officer Walker’s family, colleagues, and the people of Philadelphia deserve justice—not uncertainty, not retraumatization, and not the release of a convicted murderer back into the community.

We urge all members of the public to stand in upholding justice for Officer Moses Walker Jr.’s family by signing and sharing this petition.
