Currently, Delta operates one of its oldest aircraft on this route. Given the high cost of tickets, passengers deserve a safer and more modern aircraft. This situation not only raises concerns about comfort but also about safety—a matter that should never be compromised.

The Delta representative I spoke with indicated that if enough customers express their concerns through complaints or a petition, the airline may take action.
