As the proud members of the largest AFL Masters club in northern metro Victoria, we've long struggled with inadequate facilities at Crispe Park Pavilion. Despite our passion and commitment, we constantly find ourselves overlooked when it comes to necessary upgrades.

Our current pavilion simply does not meet the needs of our community. The scarcity of restrooms is a significant issue for both players and spectators, rendering game days a logistical nightmare. Even more concerning is the state of the away rooms, which lack basic amenities such as showering cubicles and private toilets. It's embarrassing and frankly unacceptable for our club and visiting teams to have to contend with such conditions.

We are calling on the Federal, State, Local government arms and sports authorities to prioritise the development and funding of essential upgrades to Crispe Park Pavilion. Upgrades like modernised and increased restroom facilities, private showering cubicles, and a general overhaul of the away rooms are vital steps.

Improved facilities would not only benefit our club but also enhance the overall experience for local sports fans and visiting teams. It will foster community spirit, support healthier lifestyles, and ensure our beloved sport can thrive in better conditions.
