I am a long-time user of Astro Beyond, having been with them since their technology upgrade in 2008. However, it has been over a decade since that upgrade and the service is no longer meeting modern standards. The technology from 2008 to 2011 is outdated and often results in slow or interrupted service.

From my personal experience between the years of 2019 to 2023, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. This is not just an inconvenience but also affects my ability to stay connected with the world and access important information.

According to data from Statista (2020), customer satisfaction with cable TV providers has significantly decreased over the past few years due to outdated technology. This highlights that this issue isn't isolated but affects many users like myself.

We are calling on Astro Beyond to invest in upgrading their technology from what was used during 2008-2011, bringing it up-to-date with current standards. This will ensure better service for all customers and keep us connected without interruptions or delays.
