UNLOCK Riverfront Skatepark

UNLOCK Riverfront Skatepark
The Issue
Dear Amdavad Municipal Corporation,
We, the Skateboarders of Ahmedabad, are writing to request your assistance in UNLOCKing and reopening the RIVERFRONT Skatepark. As members of the local skateboarding community, we are deeply concerned about the locking up of the skatepark for the past 2 years and the impact it has had on our ability to engage in our favourite activity and have forced us to practice our sport at unsafe places causing a lot more harm than good.
The Riverfront Skatepark has served as a hub for more than hundreds of local skaters of all ages and abilities, providing a safe and accessible space for us to practice our skills and socialize with others who share our passion. Its closure has left us without a crucial outlet for exercise and recreation and has also contributed to a decrease in community morale overall.
Skateboarding being an Olympic sport should be given importance and not keep a skatepark of International standards left to go to waste, which was built to support the skateboarding committee of Ahmedabad Gujarat.
We believe that with the right authority in place, the park can be reopened for the benefit of our community. We would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you to develop a plan for unlocking and reopening the park that addresses any concerns you may have, and ensures that the park remains a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
We urge you to take this opportunity to show your support for the local skateboarding community, and to help us bring the Riverfront Skatepark back to life. We would be more than happy to meet with you to discuss this matter further and answer any questions you may have. Till then we will be getting the petition signed by as many enthusiasts as possible, till the day the Skatepark is unlocked :)
Thank you for your time and consideration for reading this.

Now, Only WE can UNLOCK THE RIVERFRONT SKATEPARK :)
