As homeowners who are apart of the Homeowners Association (HOA), we constantly find ourselves facing an unjust rise in our HOA assessment fees. Despite having reserves and new 50+ acre developments being constructed, we face unjustified fee increases. The HOA's management of finances astounds us, with money seemingly thrown around without clear justification. It is devastating to realize that there is no physical evidence of where our money is going.

Additionally, existing structures and amenities have been left broken for weeks/months, and we already bear out-of-pocket expenses for events, classes, and activities occurring within our own community. This experience is both disheartening and taxing, considering we all work hard to afford these expenses beyond the cost of our homes. 

We believe that any building or structural updates or replacements should require a vote from the individual homeowners, especially if they would result in a total assessment cost increase. We are the ones paying these fees; hence, we should have a say in how our money is being utilized.

This petition demands a halt to the unjustified increase of 2025 HOA assessment fees. We request transparency in the management of our funds, accountability for neglected community amenities, and the right to vote on any further financial decisions that will affect homeowners.
