Capstone Real Estate Investments property- University Plaza, in DeKalb, Illinois is poorly managed and is lying to its residents. 

-They promised residents a pool. It has been out of service for months. They continue to promote it to aspiring residents yet it isn’t even available for current residents.

-Management rarely respond to emails, private meetings, and ignore concerns/complaints.

-Why are we paying $1,000 for rent every month with broken/old furniture, run down appliances, and no amenities? 

-UP disregards biohazards. There is consistently vomit, feces, and trash everywhere- that sits in the common areas for days at a time.

Read the reviews, they speak for themselves. University Plaza has shown time and time again they do not care about their residents. Residents deserve better.
