He has been teaching at the University of Toronto for over 6 years. He has taught and co-ordinated MAT 196 for two years(2007F, 2008F), MAT 197 for four years (2008W-2011W) and various upper year courses. 

He has consistently gained good reviews from his students, the respect from fellow professors and even won a teaching award one year.

He's a good teacher and deserves to be treated fairly based on his ability to creatively convey knowledge to students, keep students interested in the material and always showing students his passion to teach.

He lost his job in February 2012 as a sessional lecturer for the Math Department due to the fact that he does not have his phD.
