Education is not only confined in the four walls of the classroom. Efforts alone will not be able to be executed if their is no place and time for learning to happen. We wish that the UST Miguel de Benavides library would allow students to stay in the library for 24 hrs every weekdays. This is for the sake of the safety and accessibility of the students. We propose that their will be 2 to 3 security guards to take over the library and only limited space for students to occupy. We hope we could bring change for the benefit of the students of the University of Santo Tomas.
