Do you like to study in Posvar because of its convenient location to the center of campus, its new and modern seating, and easy printer access? Are you frustrated by the noise that the dance teams practicing there make? Well, it turns out the dance teams don't want to be there either, but the university won't let them practice anywhere else. Posvar is an academic building and should be a place for students to study; it is not the place where student extracurricular groups should be practicing in. The William Pitt Union, the Petersen Events Center, Trees, or Bellefield would all be better suited for dance teams to practice at. The University itself claims that Posvar is a great place to study; a document of study space suggestions on their website says, "Want to get away from everyone? Want a place where it is silent and nothing will distract you?
