By selling products that are not cruelty free, the University of New Haven is condoning the mistreatment of animals through inhumane laboratory testing. The objective of this petition is to gather a following of people who are also against animal testing to prove that there is a high interest in this topic amongst our community. This petition will be presented to the University of New Haven Campus Bookstore and C-store in an effort to remove products that are tested on animals and replace them with cruelty-free alternatives.
