University of New Hampshire is one of the few New England big-name colleges to NOT move to a predominantly online-only schedule in order to mitigate coronavirus infection. It is unclear why UNH is not being proactive and following the policy that many other universities are enacting. As of writing this if you travel to MA you must self-quarantine for 14 days following spring break before returning to campus. UNH Health and Wellness is not equipped for an influx of cases should people not adhere to the self-quarantining measures.

In order to "flatten the curve" and help prevent the escalation of Covid-19 cases in our community, we must enact strong social distancing policies that are effective, enforceable, and serve in the student's best interest.

UNH, please readdress your coronavirus mitigation policy and move to a predominantly online-only model.
