The Perpetualites are expecting the University to fulfill what they promised, a quality education. These past few weeks have been difficult for everyone owing to the fact that there's still a virus that is not yet resolved and of course, the typhoons that highly affected lots of communities from different regions, including ours. Everyone is still suffering from the aftermath of the typhoon. The mental health of the students, teachers, and staff are highly affected during these trying times and it will only affect the academic performance of everyone. Lots of Perpetualites are still experiencing electricity and internet connectivity interruption. If the classes will just resume, it will be harder for everyone to keep up with the workloads and academic pressure. 

This petition will be one of the instruments to achieve the goal. Let us be true Helpers of God by speaking out for those who can't and for what is right!
