Please Support and share! As of 15 August 2021, Kabul, a major city in Afghanistan, fell to the Taliban. And the current president, the Commander in Chief, of the United States to this day continues to defend the sloppy and obviously botched withdrawal of US troops he commenced. Though most of us agree the war in Afghanistan needed to conclude, I feel as though hardly any of us desired for how the US withdrew. There is an estimate of 85 billion dollars worth of US military equipment that was lost to the Taliban, 85 billion of taxpayer dollars that were made into weapons to kill. If any soldier lost even ammunition it a gun they'd receive sever punishment, and I feel our leader of our military should receive the same. Make our commander in Chief, President Biden, and any authority directly involved in the botched withdrawal from August and onward, pay for the 85 billion dollars of lost military equipment, not in taxpaying dollars, but in their own money that they have to themselves. Let that money go to our veterans who have suffered in Afghanistan for nothing. Let it support those families who lost loved ones in that awful war. And let us hold those truly responsible accountable.
