I want to make it a law that for at least one day a year all lights go out around the country in order to lessen light pollution. I think this would be very beneficial and beautiful to see. If all lights were out we could see the stars and maybe the galaxy. I would love to see that and I would love to see the effect it would have on the pollution issue the earth has.
