Reports have surfaced that foreign actors and mercenaries have been staying in Xalane compound located inside Mogadishu, Somalia and wreaking havoc in a country where everyday citizens are not privy to what is happening to within those walls. 

Xalane also known as the “Green Zone” serves as a hub for laundering and attracting dirt money. It is highly secretive jurisdiction which makes it one of the biggest threats to the progress of our great nation and its system of governance.
