The Woodbury, MN zip codes show up as Saint Paul, MN in most zip code directories and online forms.  This is highly confusing to Woodbury residents and any business or organization that interacts with Woodbury residents who have a zip code of 55129 or 55125.  The recent email "excerpt" from Woodbury city government highlights this confusion perfectly:

Recently, residents have expressed interest regarding ensuring the accuracy of the information reported to the Census Bureau. Mail from the Census Bureau has been reported as being sent to Woodbury addresses while being referred to at St. Paul. Often times, pieces of mail that are sent in bulk will address anything with a ZIP code that starts with the first three numbers 551 as being in St. Paul, even though the 55125 and 55129 ZIP codes exclusively serve Woodbury.

The actual Census data that Woodbury residents submit online through the my2020Census.gov portal is sorted geographically into census tracts, census tract block groups and so forth which are not governed by ZIP codes. So, the ZIP code and City on the physical piece of mail that Woodbury residents have received from the Census Bureau will not pre-determine how your information is counted/classified."
