Our community mailbox is broken and it’s taken months for the postal service to fix this issue. The cluster box was vandalized prior to May 2019 and we all have been making frequent trips to the post office to pick up our mail. Many of the residents of Wagtail and Curlew have full time jobs and the hours of the USPS is not always convenient for everyone to pick up our mail. In the time this mailbox has been broken USPS has been contacted twice and they are stating there is a delay to fixing the mailbox because they do not have the SUPPLIES or the STAFF available to alleviate our issue. We've been patient, we need to get approval for our neighborhood to build our own mailboxes at the end of our driveway and for the USPS to change the method of delivery to curb service. If the post office cannot fix a cluster box in a timely manner or give the residents affected PO Boxes while they are making efforts to fix it then we deserve a change in service. 

We've been silent long enough! We need this issue fixed!
