This petition is in place to find out how my friend Ethan was unexpectedly found (presumably alive) floating overboard a Naval Ship. A 20-year-old and San Antonio Native (Brandice Graduate) Ethan Goolsby fell overboard from a San Diego based  US Navy fleet, Theodore Roosevelt. He was recently deployed and mysteriously disappeared inro southern California waters. No witnesses claimed to Ethan fall nor do reports indicate where he may have fallen from. Especially when Ethan was assigned to magazines, handling ammunition, which was below deck. So after being deployed for only four days it's hard to believe there were no physical accounts of Ethan reported until he was overboard in the water. His current condition is unknown, and just like his family, we want some answers.
