Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, many riders across the country are being robbed of their final show season as a junior. With the showing suspension constantly being extended now, these junior riders deserve to have their full final junior year back, which can be accomplished through the reinstatement of their junior year to make up for this lost time.
