Freeze the Bank Accounts of the Armenia Fund and other related funds. They are collecting donations from all across the world and use part of these funds to supply arms and ammunition to the terrorist groups in Karabakh. 

The spending of the donations is not clear and people who are being asked to donate do not realize that their donations are also used to buy arms. By donating to Armenian funds people are unknowingly contributing to arms purchases and contributing to the killings of civilians in Azerbaijan.

Several Azerbaijani cities have been attacked, including the 2nd largest city Ganja and Barda since September 27th, 2020. More than 90 civilians have been killed with the use of these arms. Azerbaijani cities have been under constant shelling by the ethnically Armenian armed groups in Karabakh, Azerbaijan.

These transactions should be considered Terrorism Financing and all their spending should be verified. Governments mainly in US, France, Canada, Russia, Australia, Germany should freeze these bank accounts until further investigation and de-escalation of war.
