Kelly Services - Stop the in-humane treatment of employees and new-hires

Kelly Services - Stop the in-humane treatment of employees and new-hires
The Issue
Kelly Services has made several bad decisions on the termination and treatment of employees.
Kelly Services hires work at home agents to deliver customer service and support to their customers as an outsourcing virtual call center.
One of several complaints against Kelly Services Work At Home, is in regards to Kathy F Dunham, who was hired under Kelly's IOS Support program.
Kelly has a strict attendance policy during training and what they consider "ramp" in this case in total is 8 weeks, with no excuse for any loss of work. No doctors excuses excepted, nothing.
Mrs. Dunham, had completed nearly 8 weeks of training with only missing 3 1/2 days of "ramp" during the last week. She was a victim of Domestic Violence and immediately contacted her Team Lead and advised them of such issue, The suspect her now ex-boyfriend was arrested and charged with Family Violence in the State of Georgia. Mrs. Dunham, was then transported to the hospital the next day with severe brusing down her left side and extreme pain. She then contacted her Team Lead again and also contacted HR who then advised her of "Social Services" that she could get free of charge from Kelly Services and that if she needed to miss anymore days to contact her (lady from HR) directly. We due to the home being owned by the Ex-boyfriend, Mrs.Dunham was forced to move on short notice, after renting a place, she took all pre-cautions to make sure internet and phone service was active at her new location so that she could prevent any days of absence. After moving to the location, there was an issue with the phone line provided by Windstream and can be accounted for, Where there were two technicans dispatched over a two day period over the same issue. During this time Mrs. Dunham was unable to work due to needing the phone lines to route her customers calls to her.
Two days before the last day of training (ramp), Mrs. Dunham was allowed to work 7 and 1/2 hours of her 8 hour shift, before being told that she was terminated for attendance, but she was not terminated from Kelly Services, and it was possible for he to be re-classed (re-waved) or put on a different project.
After being told this and explained to the representive of Kelly Services who terminated her, that this was all due to a domestic violence cause and that it was out of Mrs. Dunham hands, There was no compassion for the issue and they advised her to be sure to send back her equipment.
Next day Mrs. Dunham contacted Human Resources for Kelly Connect, where she was told that she would need to re-apply. Mrs. Dunham reapplied and was offered a video interview, 5 minutes before the interview she was then told her interview was cancelled, and that they (Recruiter) were waiting on approval from the HR Manager to go ahead and re-hire Mrs. Dunham and she would receive a call back within 24 hours from her supervisor.
No call to this date has been returned from Kelly Services HR or Staffing.
Now as we understand that companies must fight to prevent attendance adherence abuse, We the petitioners believe that Kelly Services has taken this authority and have abused it.
We also believe that Kelly Services HR Department has failed to show themselves as employee advocates.
We the signed pledge' request that the powers to be of Kelly Services respond to these very rude and cold-hearted actions of their employees and offer a remedy not only to Mrs. Dunham, but also to the hundreds of other employees who have been wrongfully terminated and lied to by Kelly Services.
