Petition updateUnited States Department of Justice Investigate Lincoln County Missouri Courts & Sheriff!Inappropriate relationships between the Prosecutor and the Lead Detective in The Wilkerson Case
Citizens to Stop Lincoln County Missouri Corruption
Aug 21, 2017
Whistle blowers are reporting that Leah Askey engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with lead Detective Harney during the course of the Wilkerson case. Detective Harney is the one who helped railroad Tom Wilkerson. The whistle blower indicated that the relationship was so intense that Detective Harney broke up with his then fiance'. This pattern is true to Leah Askey's form of skewing the legal system with inappropriate sexual relationships. We are told that Leah has also attempted this with several defense attorneys in other cases in order to manipulate the outcome of criminal trials and may have instigated inappropriate activity with Tom's then defense attorney, Patrick Kilgore as well. Tom's defense attorney was seen laughing and smiling with Leah around the time of the trial. He sat as if in a trance during the course of the trial. Kilgore did not act as if part of an adversarial proceeding at all. He left Leah's narrative go completely unchallenged when it was all a pile of lies. Patrick Kilgore is admitting he dropped the ball. However, he is not giving an explanation as to why. Obviously the more witnesses/corroboration we have to the outrageous circumstances surrounding Tom's trial the more Tom's now attorney Joel Schwartz will be able to help him. If you know anything about Leah Askey and Detective Harney or Patrick Kilgore and Leah Askey in a personal relationship. Please contact Joel Schwartz immediately. Your small piece of information could save Tom's life. All Calls are confidential. We are told another young women went to her therapist in Troy to discuss Leah's infidelity. That she told the therapist, "you can not possibly understand how I feel." At which point the therapist explained that she could. That Leah had slept with her husband as well. We are confused as to why the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has not acted under the moral turpitude rule. Leah Askey is an embarrassment to the Missouri Bar. Recent case law demonstrates that defendants are entitled to investigations not clouded by inappropriate relationships and conflicts of interest. (see article below) Further that every possible thing that is forbidden in law or procedure was done to frame Tom Wilkerson for a crime he could not have committed. We hope Joel Schwartz will take this information and use it to free Tom Wilkerson who is innocent of all charges against him. "We enjoyed watching the solar eclipse ! A great reminder that all darkness is temporary!" (Madeline Albright) Take heart that the darkness of Lincoln County Justice system has to end as they have terrorized the people for far too long! We are going to continue to shine the light on them and watch them scurry like rats.
