Lincoln County is one County under surveillance, watching residents most personal private moments through their cell phones, computers and tvs as well as sting ray and other related devices. The investigations are pulling back the curtains on their secrets. Big Brother is a lot closer than you think it is not just the federal government anymore it is the prosecutor, detective and deputy whom live near you. They are watching you in your bedroom or as you get dressed for work. Watching when you sit your cell phone down and dry off your children as they get out of the tub. They have eradicated our most basic civil liberties without saying a word. The public has no idea what they have purchased with your money and for how much. These peeping toms read your emails, text and track you with your phone. In any other place or any other time these would be criminal offenses. Richard Nixon had to be pardoned for doing the exact same thing or he would have gone to jail. Lincoln County officials have to be prosecuted for their illegal KGB style spying on the citizenry and sent to jail. The inept corrupt Judges of Lincoln County let the abuses go unabated. They have no limits and no oversight. Sheriff Cottle as revealed in the ongoing lawsuits against him is nothing more than an impotent figure head who is only there to line his own pockets. Sources close to the investigation tell us that when you speak to your attorney or when you go to bed with your wife. They are there watching and listening. So when you think you are alone remember a scummy Lincoln County detective or deputy is watching you. This gives a whole new meaning to the Lincoln County Community Events they are so proud of announcing. Now we know what they are all doing with all Lincoln County Department vehicles still in the parking lot instead of out serving and protecting. Sheriff Cottle the gutless wonder, with no leadership skills has made it very clear there are no limits to what the deputies and detectives can do to you and your family. Frame you for murder? Check See Russ Faria- Lang, Harney,Merkel. Frame you for child abuse? Check See Tom Wilkerson- Detective Harney. Anything goes from watching you in your bedroom and or scraping your cell phone against an x spouse. Detectives/Deputies having sex with the prosecutors? Fine. What is not allowed in the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department is any person who has morals or a conscience. Apparently the boyfriends, girlfriends and each other is not enough stimulation for the perverts at the Lincoln County Justice Center. They must watch you and see what you are doing. We have been informed that they do not obtain a warrant and it is unnecessary for you to even be suspected of a crime. Political opponents, new people whom they have credit checked who have assets and those who speak out about their corruption are targeted. Lincoln County has no the limits on the voyeurism over the people. Simply anything goes. No warrants, no oversight, only the impulses of some obese cop who could not get a job anywhere else. They also spy on people in other counties and states they suspect are "in cohoots with those who seek to remove them". We are told that some of their methods allow them to spy as far away as 3000 miles. Lincoln County has developed into its own totalitarian government. They are fungus growing on the fabric of our neighborhoods and our civil nation. The 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution does not exist in Lincoln County which prohibits the governments intrusion into our homes, papers and effects. It prohibits searches and seizures of the citizens without probable cause. They operate as a secret police and can seize anyone at any time for any reason. There are no exceptions as we witnessed with Leah's own brother Chad Fitzgerald who was jailed for disclosing Leah's criminal enterprises including framing Russ Faria and having sex with the Lead detective Mike Lang. If you think because you are innocent and you have nothing to hide they will not do anything to you. You do not understand what is happening. Justice like truth is irrelevant in the Lincoln County system. Ask Tom Wilkerson, Russ Faria and all the other innocent victims about that. They use the information gained from surveillance to black mail and gain an advantage over their political adversaries, financial competition and naysayers. If you refuse obedience they will turn you into a criminal. They will force you into jail or a debt peonage system with the courts. Even when freed from jail you cannot regain your life or finances because they have ruined your reputation without a second thought. Anything or anyone who impedes their power or their profit is targeted. Information is power. They use this information to black mail and extort their opponents by and through the legal system. Their goal is complete subjugation. Sheriff Cottle views women as his "hos" He allowed the jailer to address female deputies as his hos and even a baby's daddy. This is how he treats his co-workers. You mean nothing to him and neither does your rights. All he understands is more. More money to create more crime for non existent or over-exaggerated offenses to feed himself and the system. (don't forget all the officials have fake charities. They bill for "reasonable services" to the charity. They claim they are trying to help the community. it is all a front to get more money. ) They give lip service to patriotic themes while plotting at every turn to take away your rights guaranteed under the United States Constitution. They have already disposed of your right to confront witnesses, the right to discovery of information against you, the right to a fair trial, the protection against unlawful searches and seizures. Every day they take away your birth right as an American. This is done inch by inch so you do not notice. Lincoln County authorities refuse all transparency and disobey laws designed to keep them honest. The Sunshine law requests are ignored which require mandatory disclosure of settlements with taxpayer money for their wrong doing. They refuse it. They cannot reform themselves as they see nothing wrong with what they are doing. Replace one of them and another worse incarnation will appear as we witnessed with Leah Askey replacing G. John Richards. They have used our sacred constitution as their toilet paper. There are no laws or rules that apply to them. What is worse is that every check our founders put in place to protect us from the likes of a tyrannical government has failed as well. Where are the lawyers whose oath is to protect the Constitution. Instead they circle the court house like vultures looking for prey as Lincoln County Sheriff and Prosecutor victimizes person after person. Where are the deans of the law schools and the law clinics. They all say nothing and play into the system. Then there is the Lincoln County Judges who are paid a premium price by you the taxpayer to guard your civil liberties. Judge Beck, Judge Mennemeyer and Judge Allsberry who instead have decided they are part of the prosecution team. Whatever the prosecution wants they will give it to them. The Constitution is meaningless to them. They are like the Judges in Nazi Germany who rubber stamped the Nazis. These three Judges are the biggest failures of all of them because they could have stopped the abuse long ago simply by doing their jobs. Then there is the office of the chief disciplinary counsel who has been investigating Leah Askey for well over a year and despite having all the evidence of criminal wrong doing and surveillance in the world. They allow her to continue to act as a predator on the people. Her strategy is simple. Withhold evidence of innocence, manipulate the detectives by whatever means necessary and to continue cases for long stretches of time to drain the victim of will and legal fees to fight for their innocence. The Wilkerson case she continued for years. Then once the defendant legal defense fees are used up the defense lawyer says I used up all your retainer going to court for all the continuances. I need another 5k or 10k or you can take this deal to plead guilty. Many of the people are held in jail during the continuance period unable to post bond and they lose everything as a result. This apparently is all good with the Chief Disciplinary Counsel "OCDC". This is because as lawyers it is good for lawyers bottom line. Lets not forget the or you can move into my mold sewer filled apartments to get out of jail. "OCDC" has taken no action to stop this so apparently that is all good with them too. The Missouri Bar has done away with the conflict of interest rules or pay them no mind. Leah's sealed secret tribunals and secret order of protection against parties that are never notified or given an opportunity to defend themselves against more of Leah's lies. Fair trial and right to notice and an opportunity to be heard all thrown in the trash in Lincoln Counties Kangaroo Court. The Judicial Commission on removal retirement and Discipline was the only body that acted. That punishment did not go far enough. It was slap on the wrist and she had a nice holiday. Mennemeyer was holding people indefinitely in order to punish them for poverty. This should have brought Mennemeyer jail time. Judge Mennemeyer known for her outrageous, cruel sentences was given a free pass for only one of her crimes and is already back on the bench. She is wreaking havoc in the court already on the people forced to endure her moral-less, insidious, mentally ill failings as she promises retribution. What we need is not only physical courage but moral courage to stand up to them and cast them OUT! We must run them out of our court house and out of the Sheriff’s Department. We must take back the levers of powers. We have to throw them out of our community, our churches and our American Family. They are traitors of the highest order. They have betrayed us all of the sacred trust that was placed in them. We cannot vote in another lawyer from the community to become the next generation of Judges, prosecutors and juvenile attornies. We need a fresh face with new ideas who loves and respects our constitution. We are looking now for the next election to run true leaders with the credentials and the morals to move the county forward. The battle will be intense but it is not a choice. To do nothing is no longer an option. It is our duty to get involved and replace all of them as Americans. It is our duty to protect our Constitution. They see no impediments to their powers and expanding in technology to make sure you become and stay a slave to them. This fight is not a fight for a day or a year this is the fight of the ages.
