This is a morning Reminder CALL TO ACTION: Please call and fax James Smith the attorney for the Missouri Commission on the retirement and removal of judges at (314) 966-1007 (phone) (314) 966-0076 (fax). Mr. Smith needs to hear from the people that we will not accept the return of a Judge Mennemeyer whom they found not competent for the job. The taxpayers have had enough of Lincoln Counties In crowd spending and lawsuits! Make this call for your children and grandchildren who are going to be paying off the debt incurred by Mennemeyers evil incompetency! Encourage Mr. Smith to do the right thing and act on the other complaints. Explain to him that Lincoln County can not financially endure 6 more months of Psycho Judge Mennemeyer nor should they have to since she is grossly unqualified for the position. In addition to the financial liability, the human rights abuses are off the charts due to her mental status. Ask the Judicial Commission to do their jobs and protect the public from mentally deranged and incompetent Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer. We are non violent but the song still applies. Do you hear the people sing singing the song of angry men/women? The song of the people who will not be slaves again? This is call is what you can do to prevent another framing of an innocent person like Russ Faria and Tom Wilkerson! The impact of the lawsuits will be a municipal bankruptcy. You do realize that a precedence has been set don't you? Remember the county that lost similar civil rights cases? The Plaintiff was given the assets of the county....the courthouse, equipment etc. This County is headed in the same direction. The Missouri Supreme Court will appoint a Magistrate. That Magistrate has broad powers to satisfy judgements, remove elected officials, levy taxes, disband county offices and services, void contracts and dispose of assets in order to clear indebtedness. The coming financial crisis at the county level is coming soon...much sooner than you think. Inability to pay for 911 service, roads and bridges still remain in disrepair from the 2015 floods....its been more than a year. Look around...a main artery is a single point failure, a two lane bridge is a major choke point, schools made from pre-cast concrete, Depression-era public buildings, And your elected officials......not one new commercial or industrial development in 16 years....not one. There were 2 chances at a Gravois Bluff's type development...both lost. You think water and sewer fee's are high? Just wait. Start asking questions folks...like how are you going to pay for 3, yes 3 more civil rights violations suits.....oh I know, the hospital "sale" will save you. Sorry to disappoint, but that tax is with you forever now. The first step to cleaning up the county is to get rid of those causing all of these lawsuits. We must stop the bleeding. It is not even safe to drive through due to the extensive web of corruption. They are more dangerous than they have ever been in the past since they have lost so many lawsuits(and syphoned so much money into their own wallets and that of their families) and are desperate for money to pay the counties bills!
