Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer whom the Missouri Supreme Court held as a matter of law was not competent to act as a judge in a criminal trial is returning to act not only as a judge in a criminal trial but act as a presiding Judge over the entire court system in Lincoln County. Mennemeyer a suspected sociopath with Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), helped frame Russ Faria by refusal to allow exculpatory evidence into his trial after being directed to do so by Prosecutor Leah Askey who is currently under investigation by the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and the Federal Authorities for a smorgasboard of corruption. Judge Mennemeyer is also infamous for sentencing Thomas Wilkerson to 23 years in a Maximum security prison for child abuse he could not have committed since he was at work. Like in the Faria case, she refused to admit testimony regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Wilkerson at the time of the alleged incident. Mennemeyer also refused to allow evidence of the child making the exact same allegations against her prior adoptive family that she made against the Wilkersons including the child injurying herself to make it look as if her adoptive parents had done it. Nor was evidence allowed to be admitted regarding the girls attempted murder on a 2 year old sibling in another failed adoptive placement and on another child in the Wilkerson household. (That very child is lose in the community today with unsuspecting children. She is dangerous. This is well documented and substantiated. It is not if this kid will strike again it is when) Mennemeyer ruled it was not relevant. Mennemeyer also refused to allow evidence that parents when confronted with authorities talking to their children tell them to tell the truth. If that statement is illegal half of America would be in jail for witness tampering. Remember Judge Mennemeyer has zero criminal law experience as an attorney. Her prior practice was mostly trusts wills and estates for which she was accused of bilking a sickly women out of her estate and directing it towards her own wallet. Judge Mennemeyer had never tried a single criminal case when she ran for presiding judge of the Lincoln County Criminal courts. The suspension Judge Mennemeyer is coming off of is for acting as a predator on the poor. Whereby she deprived indigent defendants the right to counsel for sixty days so they could not change judges into a court where the judge operated as a neutral arbiter instead of an extension of the prosecution as Judge Mennemeyer operates. The Judicial Commission in its recommendation expressly stated that not only was Mennemeyer unqualified to act as a criminal judge but that she refused to seek out help and advice. What has changed since her suspension? Nothing! She is still the same unqualified suspected sociopath she was when she was suspended. There are many other complaints filed against Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer at the Judicial Commissions disposal to make sure she never returns to the Lincoln County Courts. The most important complaint is that regarding the case of Russ Faria. (Remember Judge Mennemeyer's case fixing put an innocent man in prison for 4 1/2 years and let Pam Hupp go free to kill Louis Gumpenberger). There are also other complaints lodged by our group, the injustice group members and even the Lincoln County commission that have yet to be adjudicated. Judge Mennemeyer must be permanently removed. She must also lose her pension as her intentional evil actions and her incompetence have cost taxpayers millions. Lincoln County is in financial ruins and has many suits filed and more coming everyday. 911 service is in jeopardy because of lack of funds. Even more ironic One of those suits was filed against the County by Judge Mennemeyer herself due to overspending on attorneys she hired without abiding in the financial constraints of the position. That case is at the Missouri Supreme Court now. Both are also known for marital infidelity as he was married as was Judge Mennemeyer when they met. Mr. Smith needs to hear from the people that we will not accept the return of a judge who is not competent for the job. Encourage Mr. Smith to do the right thing and act on the other complaints. Explain to him that Lincoln County can not financially endure 6 more months of Psycho Judge Mennemeyer nor should they have to since she is grossly unqualified for the position. In addition to the financial liability, the human rights abuses are off the charts due to her mental status. Ask the Judicial Commission to do their jobs and protect the public from mentally deranged and incompetent Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer.
