This is outrageous! Why does Sheriff John Cottle still have a job. More secret settlements went out for this lawsuit one of many civil rights and discrimination suits filed against the corrupt Lincoln County in crowd. The wretched scum running Lincoln County not only let Pam Hupp go and framed innocent Russ Faria, which resulted in the death of Louis Gumpenberger. They framed Tom Wilkerson and turned sex predators and children who attempt to murder other children lose on the community without informing anyone. All the parties involved in bringing these "predators" to the community still have jobs. The Lincoln County authorities do not have a descent bone in their bodies. The whole bunch needs to be removed. They are not fit to run a dog pound much less a justice system. Repeated requests for copies of settlements and full disclosure required by Missouri law were ignored. The Lincoln County Sheriff thinks he is above the law just like Leah Askey. Lincoln County can not pay for its 911 service. Lincoln County cries for tax money from unsuspecting, hardworking people. This is where your money went. Notice Cottle and Lincoln County hired Curtis a reject from another county to run the jail even after having been convicted in 1999 of civil rights violations. Lincoln County is not running background checks and just hire friends with legitimate criminal records. (the fact that these kind of people are their friends says more about them then we ever could) That is how Lincoln County ended up with Joel Eisenstein as an assistant prosecutor who had a paragraph of disciplinary actions by the Missouri Bar on his record when he was hired by Leah Askey. We have a failure of leadership in Lincoln County, the State of Missouri and in the Missouri Court system. Who will bring the reign of these terrorists to an end?
