We urge the Commission to take action on the other complaints lodged against Judge Mennemeyer in order to prevent her return. The Commission found in its recommendations to the Missouri Supreme Court that Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer is not competent for the position of Lincoln County Circuit Judge. Nor was she ever competent to be a Circuit Judge. It stunning that you in your own words have determined this judge to be incompetent and that she refused assistance. What has changed since her suspension. Did she become competent through osmosis? The Commission has a duty to protect the public from incompetent judges. You are failing in that duty if you return Mennemeyer to the bench. Judge Mennemeyer is also unnecessarily cruel and narcissistic. Mennemeyer is a megalomaniac who has no place judging anything. These are real lives she is impacting. It is not a game. Something to converse about over a golf game and your own entitlement. Power requires responsibility. We have one person, possibly two dead as a result of Mennemeyer’s failure in the Russ Faria matter. Many people have suffered in jail when they were innocent and railroaded by Judge Mennemeyer and her co-conspirator Leah Askey. This has to count against Chris Mennemeyer. The human rights violations, secret tribunals and surveillance are off the charts as well. (Suits are pending in Federal Court for all of these issues) At this point the county has approximately $20 million dollars in pending lawsuits with more expected from Mennemeyer’s errors and corruption. The County is having difficulty meeting its day to day obligations withthe lawsuits including paying 911 operators. Taxpayers are looking at a 50% increase in real estate taxes as well as already over inflated valuations. You are destroying our county and our people by Judicial fiat. We understand the commission is a volunteer group, however that does not relieve you of your duty to act to protect the public. It is unacceptable for the Commission to expect the community to accept Mennemeyer's return. We are urging the Lincoln County Commission to lock her out of the courthouse if you fail to do your job. Chris Kunza Mennemeyer has not one shred of decency or she would resign after the commission’s findings. Rather she is plotting her revenge on those who stood up for justice. The Circuit Court has turned into a circus whereby persons are begging to get their cases heard before the return of Judge Mennemeyer. This morning a docket of normally 30 had over 150 parties. A judge is supposed to act as a neutral arbiter not an arm of the prosecution and the state. Chris Mennemeyer does not even understand what her job is. We ask the Commission to leave Judge Frawley in Judge Mennemeyer’s position for the remainder of her term. While we cannot agree with all of Frawley’s actions he is a marked improvement over Judgement Mennemeyer. This reinstatement is not for a few months but for 17 months. The damage the incompetent megalomaniac Chris Kunza Mennemeyer can produce to our community and our citizenry cannot be underestimated. If she is incompetent for the job how can you expect the people to accept her return? Why would you ask them to? Our group members have been threatened, stalked and surveilled for standing up for justice. We ask you to reflect on their courage and use it as the strength needed to stand up and do what is right. We have expended a great amount of energy and resources to try to put our county and courts back on the correct path. We expect the Commission to do their job and protect the citizenry against Chris Mennemeyer. While we know Judge Mennemeyer will never face the justice she deserves, this would be a good start to restoring confidence in the judicial body. Please act to permanently remove Judge Mennemeyer from the position of Judge in Lincoln County, Missouri. We ask that you forward a copy of this letter to each individual commission member so that they can hear the concerns of the community. We feel shut out of the process and we demand a seat at the table. Who gets to keep their job when found to be incompetent? Obviously not you or I. Members of the Missouri judiciary are apparently not required to hold even a minimal level of competency. How can we call ourselves free men and women in an equal society when it is slap on the wrist for the Judge and the peasants get life in prison (See Tom Wilkerson for the smallest infraction). What is really stunning is the Missouri Bar is not even trying to hide their entitlement and freely admit Mennemeyer is not now competent nor was she ever.
