Conflicts of Interest Run Lincoln County Courts Not Crime Case in Point: In the fall of 2012, when Blain Michael Erp was a teen, Lincoln County prosecutors charged him with one felony count of making a terrorist threat. He was accused of threatening to kill several classmates at Troy Buchanan High School. His girlfriend had told authorities he was using synthetic drugs heavily and that he was planning to kill four students with a pistol and then use an assault rifle to kill all the students in his gym class who had been mean to him. Police say he had planned to carry out the attacks on his 17th birthday, Sept. 19, 2012. Police locked down several schools. Erp was arrested later near the sheriff’s department. In July 2013, Lincoln County Prosecutor Leah Askey dismissed the charge two days before Erp was to go on trial. At the time, Askey said she still believed that Erp’s threats were credible and there had been probable cause to issue the charges. However, Askey said she offered to defer prosecution pending completion of “many” requirements. She did not give details of those conditions. The Ruling Classes enabling of the children's predatory behavior is a family tradition. This must sound strange! In Lincoln County it is the entitled classes way of life. In Lincoln County the rules do not apply to the ruling class and their families but is overly applied to everyone else! Here is how it worked for Erp! Erp was the son of Julie Hamemeier Scholite aka Julie Luck/Erp and Grandson of Elaine and Gary Luck. Elaine Luck was a County Clerk for five or so years. Leah Askey had represented the mother in multiple actions including her divorce and an action against the grandparents. They also went to school together. So of course he is not going to be prosecuted this is the way Lincoln County operates. The Missouri Bar mandates that a prosecutor with a conflict of interest this significant recuse themselves and bring in a special prosecutor. Leah did not do that. The Kid obviously needed long term mental health help and drug treatment but was released to prey on the community. 20k Bond with 10 percent posted (really). Leah does not recuse her office for conflict of interest but issues charges with a substituted attorney. Is she planning the same scheme she planned before? The kid is a danger to himself and others and needs locked down somewhere. As a side note the youth of the Lincoln County ruling thugs run amuck over the town and other people. This is but one example of Lincoln County ignoring the conflict of interest rules endangering the community and the kid as untreated mental illness/drug abuse is a danger to him as well. You think he was stealing guns to complete his mass killing mission? Judge Jim Beck has reviewed this case and continued it at least 4 times but never ordered a psych eval or even an ankle bracelet or a hair follicle test as a condition of his release but orders it for regular people with no history of drug abuse? Judge Beck homeschools his kids. Judge Beck here is your Sign! Anyone can see Erp is a ticking time bomb ready to blow in the community and really hurt someone. When he does, it will be on Leah Askey and the Judge who allowed it. The media always asked when these kids go postal how could this have been prevented? Well here is a prime example. Get the kid help!
