In the latest, Pam Hupp was indicted by Grand Jury for the murder of Louis Gumbenberger. The True Bill shows that some of the witnesses against her are her own relatives. What we would like to know is how did Pam Hupp know that the feds were reviewing the files ( a step short of what we are asking for in an investigation where they interview witnesses and test evidence). To the point that Pam felt the "heat" of that review and killed Gumbenberger. We think Leah Askey must of told Pam Hupp that the feds were reviewing the case. Who else would have that information? I am sure we will know more real soon. An indictment will stop Pam from continuing delaying the case as she has done since August.
