Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer ran for a position as presiding judge in the criminal court when she had absolutely no experience whatsoever in criminal law. She did this to advance herself at the expense of the people she was supposed to serve. After she was elected she continued to abuse her position in order to elevate herself at the expense of the people by violating the United States Constitution. She helped frame an innocent man Russ Faria for murder by excluding evidence that demonstrated he was innocent. She further exploited the most vulnerable people in our community who were at her mercy by denying them legal counsel until after they could not change judges. Causing them to stay in jail an extra 60 days. Like most Americans 60 days away from their life causes severe personal and economic hardship. Loss of jobs, homes, children and families. It is intentional destruction of the individuals most sacred interest without cause. Remember none of the individuals had been convicted of a crime merely charged by a highly questionable prosecutor Leah Askey who is currently under investigation. In a county and state which is the heart of the mass incarceration belt, we have more people in jail than anywhere in the country or the world per population. Corrections have to be made not only in laws but with the people who administer those laws. Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer was known for "making examples" out of defendants. She sentenced Tom Wilkerson to 23 years for a spanking with no prior record whatsoever. Mr. Wilkerson is in maximum security and is alone in his cell 23 hours a day. In contrast, The man who tried to the kill President Obama was only sentenced to 30 years. The people now demand that you hold Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer to the same standard she held others to. We want you to make an example out of her to send a message to others who would run for a Judgeship they are not qualified for or to those Judges who want to abuse others to advance themselves. It will not be tolerated. The only reasonable, rational decision reviewing Judge Mennemeyers total record is complete removal so she can never victimize another person. We believe Judge Mennemeyer is a predator who will continue to hurt others until she is relieved of any power to do so. We also believe that Judge Mennemeyer should be disbarred but we will take that up with Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Judges who abuse power are like a disease that spread. Missouri is having an epidemic. These parasitic Judges have to be stopped. Since Judges police themselves they must hold themselves to the highest level of professional standards. If Judges can not or will not check themselves as we have seen It jeopardizes not just individuals but our entire democracy. The age of discontent is upon us and the only cure is accountability. The impact of Judge Mennemeyer and the Corruption in Lincoln County can not be understated. Felony convictions impair not only the individual but the country in general. Removing people who are assets from the economic force that drives the country for the better. Instead innocent people are side lined and used to fill the coffers of for profit industries that benefit from keeping people in debt servitude of the courts and their related industries. Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer has irreparably damaged the judiciary and their moral authority to act as arbiters of the people. In a perfect world we know that Judge Mennemeyer would be sentenced to prison with a day for everyday that she demanded from her victims. We know that we are not at that point. However, we want her to get the maximum available under the law. The Missouri Supreme Court needs the moral fortitude, integrity and genuine concern for the public that demonstrate they do not see themselves as a class above the rest but servants of the people of the State of Missouri and the United States of America. We asked you to permanently remove Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer from the bench and hold her accountable for her deplorable actions by holding her to the same standard she held others to and making an example of her.
