The terrible twosome of Chris Kunza Mennemeyer and Leah Askey have scored against the taxpayers again. This time Chris Mennemeyer sued Lincoln County demanding they pay her pick for the juvenile office attorney almost double what had been budgeted. She then sued the county and all the legal fees for that were billed to taxpayers as well. This is rich or apparently Chris Mennemeyer thinks Lincoln County is rich. Queen Mennemeyer has to make sure her loyalist are paid and paid well. She should have just made him a lord. Then Leah Askey was sued by her x husband Chris Askey for using County surveillance technology to break into her husbands cell phone. Guess who is paying Leah Askey's legal fees for her corrupt illegal action? You know it. The taxpayer! This gets better if you have a sense of humor and would be funny if it were not so serious. Joel Eisenstein represented Leah Askey in her fight for custody of her daughter against her first husband. The fight is ongoing as of today. (The father filed for an order of protection against Askey ) Leah then hires Eisenstein as an assistant prosecutor for the county. Eisenstein is suspended from the practice of law for misconduct. Leah keeps him on the payroll with benefits. What does a suspended lawyer have to offer the taxpayer? We can not figure that one out. Then Leah Askey had secret ex-parte communication with Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer in her chambers during the 1st Russ Faria trial. Ms. Askey bragged that she schooled Judge Mennemeyer on what evidence to exclude and how to rule on motions before the court and in fact provided wording for said orders. Defense attorney Joel Schwartz and his team were not aware of or invited to said chamber meetings with Judge Mennemeyer. That this ex-parte communication was part of an unspoken scheme to frame and convict Russ Faria for murder. This is the same case where Ms. Askey admitted a brown paper bag of cash was presented to her by the actual killer Pam Hupp. You know anything goes in Lincoln County if you are part of the In crowd. The entitlement and the protection offered by the state authorities and the federal government is absurd. What does the Missouri Bar and the Judicial commission do about all this? Nothing NADA Zilch Of Course a Queen and her Court can do no wrong. Who are the real criminals in Lincoln County. It is those running the court house.
