Lincoln County abuses the rights of the mentally ill to make a profit. We have been in contact with a young person who has serious mental disorder. She was arrested by LC Sheriffs Department held almost a year without a trial and no medical treatment and no medication. The case was dismissed. Here is the rub. Without medication this women has seriously regressed in her mental condition. She is no longer able to speak on the phone or even do normal day to day tasks. Psychotherapists says she has been set back years in her treatment. Lincoln County preys on the weak and the vulnerable in order to bring in federal dollars and make a profit for themselves. Lincoln County should expect a lawsuit for damages. What is that the 10th one this year? We also have news that they held an elderly women on a seat belt charge for over 6 months for non payment of a fine. The elderly women could not afford to pay the outrageous charges and court cost or she would lose her apartment. She was finally released but is on a payment program from hell. Debtors prisons are banned by the 13th Amendment of the US Constitution. The fees charged are outrageous. One woman was charged $2000.00 for a drive from Winfield to Troy in a sheriffs cruiser! Extorted/Stolen bond money! Once they get bond money. Lincoln County thinks it is their money and make up reasons to keep it. Judge Jim Beck is the biggest culprit of extorted money by keeping bond money without explanation. He approves the outrageous fees and fines for the most minor offenses. We will be exposing the truth and they will earn every penny of that extorted stolen bond money if they do not make things right. We know much about the court system and the scams enough to make many lawyers and Judges lose their careers and more is gleaned everyday from the victims. Lincoln County Judges have ignored the US Constitution in favor of their money making scams. They extort and steal money without even so much as an explanation or an accounting. It is insane that they can get by with this in the United States of America. The Judges of Lincoln County operate like robbers at a gas station. We will have more this week on the diversion programs and who is profiting and why most people in Lincoln County are even arrested. The local attorneys all know it is a scam and are in on it. Some even have special deals worked out with Askey in quid pro quo schemes. Local Lincoln County attorneys often conspire to keep outside attorneys out so they can keep their profits and their backroom deals secret. There is no such thing as a fair trial in Lincoln County Only witness coaching from the back of the court room and in secret manipulated drugged up children and vendettas against political adversaries. They frame innocent people for profit. The people are demanding justice and accountability for all those involved. The jailers even rob Lincoln County victims at the jail stealing money phones and even Russ Faria's court suits. Lincoln County authorities are the biggest thieves in the state! The Lincoln County Deputies rob peoples homes while they are away and sell their stuff on craigslist. When you call the sheriffs department to report a break in they refuse to take fingerprints as they do not want to document a crime against themselves. Shaun Bell even brags about going through peoples homes to his victims. Who are you going to call when the deputy brags he robbed you? Freedom of information requests are ignored even from state authorities. You think you are hiding something. We see you and the world is going to see you in the position you put your victims in very soon. The Feds are watching and we are turning in all of those who have wronged the people with evidence. The Bar association and the Missouri Supreme Court needs to clean house of all the lawyers practicing in Lincoln County and send in an emergency manager. One who can add and subtract and who can keep their hands out of the till and off other peoples stuff. No just because you work in the Lincoln County Sheriffs Department and the Lincoln County Courts does not mean you are entitled to rob people or extort them. That was not fair or reasonable and was more of a theft by the state aided by the judge. We are watching. Judge Beck knows that part of being a Judge makes him a public figure and as such he needs to be able to do the job and accept responsibility and criticism!
