Citizens to Stop Lincoln County Corruption were shut out of the decision by quick maneuvering of the Judicial Commission, The Missouri Supreme Court and Judge Mennemeyer's lawyer. The Court returned our motion for an amicus curiae brief without even a denial and would not even put it on the record. They did so because they will not hear the peoples grievances without an attorney. Which was going to cost $10k. This is not over. As long as the Missouri courts are a place where only those with money can be heard the corruption will continue. The six month suspension without pay is a joke and a slap in the face to all of her victims who spent 60 days in jail without an attorney and were charge $45. a day for her crimes against them. Her victims were denied due process under the US Constitution. We still have a complaint pending for the abuse of Russ Faria and we are hopeful the Commission and the Court will hear our voices then. We also have several other possibilities to advance our cause of Permanent removal of Chris Mennemeyer from the bench. If she had any self respect she would resign. Chris Kunza Mennemeyer is completely unqualified for the position. Mennemyer has never even tried a Jury trial nor has she practiced criminal law. To have her as the presiding senior judge in any criminal court where peoples lives are decided is absurd. Mennemeyer is a narcissistic ego maniac who refuses to even acknowledge her incompetence. Turning her loose on the public is a disgrace to the legal profession and to the Citizens of Missouri. We will continue to use every legal means available to have her removed and disbarred. She is a monster who has brought more misery to the people of Lincoln County than any Judge in Missouri history. Mennemeyer's record speaks for itself. She must go.
