It has been awhile since we updated this Petition and wanted everyone to know there is a lot going on behind the scenes. The Bar association continues to investigate and it is our understanding that even more complaints have been filed and some had already been filed before we filed. A website is under construction as an ongoing resource to warn others and help to locate referral resources for those already victimized. We have been in contact with a prominent state legislator about a Citizens Review Board of the courts and the sheriffs Department and possible legislation for that. A Genealogy report has been ordered and paid for by an anonymous donor so that we can better understand all the players the hierarchy and their connections to each other. The corruption in Lincoln County Missouri has been going on for generations so we cannot expect it to correct itself in a day or even a month. What we can say is that we are all committed to seeing it through. The arc of the moral universe is long but it bends towards Justice. It is past time that the real criminals of Lincoln County are held accountable for what they have done to so many people and families! It is past time for a normal functioning judicial system and sheriff’s Department in Lincoln County.
