Judge Mennemeyer who forced Russ Faria to spend 4 1/2 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars for defense for a crime he could not have committed is at it again! Lincoln County is so out of control. They obviously wanted to get every federal dollar possible off the back of this poor women in this story and there are hundreds of more like her. I do not buy Mennemeyer is merely incompetent like so many Missouri Judges. She is evil. Too many people and families have been victimized by this court. Prison for Profit is wrong because it creates a demand for prisoners. Cut off the federal dollars for prisoners and the abuse would stop if the counties had to pay their own bills. Lincoln County also charges prisoners a daily fee for the time they stay in the jail. If they do not pay it they are returned to prison. So in essence Lincoln County is paid twice and sometimes even three times for the same jail time. What a racket. Do you think the officials are getting a cut of the profit. The Comments on this Petition make one think that is a possibility. Mennemeyer is the Presiding Judge so the court collectively thinks she is the smartest one among them. SMH Why hasn't the bar association removed her for incompetence? The Court of Appeals has figured it out. Why can't the Missouri Bar? Instead they continue to let this woman prey on the public. Thank You for your continued support as we demand Justice for the People of Lincoln County against the predators in the Lincoln County Judicial System. New people moving into the county are the most likely to be victimized by the Lincoln County Syndicate. Ask the people you know to sign this Petition and to share it on their social media pages. Hasn't this gone on for far to long? Together we can put a stop to it! . Lincoln County needs a Citizens Review Board. We are told Mennemeyers husband is running for a position as well. So the Burkempers, the Kinkers, and Mennemeyers will have full control. How is that even legal? Judge Mennemeyer and Leah Askey need to RESIGN!
