The Family Of Frederick Roy Miller & Laila Ann Miller requests that the United States Department Of Justice Launch a full investigation into the deaths of Frederick and Laila.

On August 16, 2014 Frederick Roy Miller age 38 and daughter Laila Anne Miller age 3 took their last ride together. They were gunned down by 5 officers from Prince George's County PG officers names are Alba De Jesus, Clarence Black, Brett Fairbrother, Paul Schweisnburg, Christopher Gelhausen and State Trooper Willard Shelton.

To date we have repeatedly requested all police reports, 911 and local police calls and any and all video's; The PGC Law government office respond was on Oct.1, 2014 Stated your request is being held as equitably as possible. Signed by Jamar B. Herry, Esq
